My guest is Eroline Lamontagne MBE. I’ve known Eroline for many years but little did I really know where she ‘came from’. Her story had me stuck to the chair and I left her home with much admiration.

Born in St Lucia, together with her husband Lyton, they own Fond Doux Plantation & Resort set in the rainforests of St Lucia. Fond Doux is a 19th century eco-friendly colonial resort best known for romantic, intimate, and private luxury cottages. The resort is situated amidst a 250 year old working plantation and also features two on-site restaurants, and a collage of outdoor swimming pools, as well as an organic spa. It is also famous for its cocoa, but that’s another story…The Plantation is so unique that HRH Prince Charles requested a tour when he visited the island in March 2008.

Eroline’s story will keep you firmly on the ground; you can easily see the picture she paints and then you step back and see the picture you’ve painted. To understand my words, make sure you listen in to this two part interview on The Dolor Factor, Colourful Radio, Thursday 1 March 2018 at 9am GMT.

The show is available on catch up and podcast so if show time is too early for you, set your time to listen, you won’t be disappointed.
