“Yoga for well-being” is the International Yoga Day 2021 theme. It focuses on telling people to stay motivated at home and adopt a healthy lifestyle by doing exercise and yoga.

Being in lockdown has affected us all. Many have relied on exercise to keep us healthy. Let’s celebrate International Yoga Day by doing a little yoga every day this week!

Yoga is not only good for our frame of mind, but it encourages our bodies to be healthy. Don’t tell me you haven’t noticed the weight most of us have put on! Probably the results of comfort food. Let today’s yoga workout encourage us to feel good, and that will keep us from eating all the fatty foods we’ve been resorting to!
