You all know how much I love food! All types of food. I can’t believe that my husband Olivier has turned me into a foodie and we take pictures of food everywhere we eat. Anyway, I visited my friend Paul’s restaurant – Cane Rhum Bar on E Bay Street, Charleston – and as you can see from the picture below…
I ate it all before I took pictures of the food; hence the whoops expression on my face! It wasn’t that I was hungry…it was the anticipation, knowing all day I was going to order Paul’s Coconut Chicken curry so when it got to my table, it was devoured. I know my husband must have taken pictures of his curry, so as soon as I can, I’ll return here and post them.
In the meantime, just imagine the succulent taste of authentic chicken curry Caribbean style…and oh! how could I forget…I’ll tell you about the cocktails that are an absolute must…Paul doesn’t mess around.
