Whether you believe the response you get or not, this quick online test, makes you think about your lifespan. And even better, it helps you plan a healthy lifestyle to live longer. I tried the test recently that states over 1.9 millions people have taken on the NHS OneYou website which helps you to discover your ‘heart age’.

Healthy Food Guide magazine reports that the test revealed:
78% of us have a heart age older than our actual year
34% have a heart age five years older
14% have a heart age 10 years older

Professor Mamie Waterall, national lead for cardiovascular disease at Public Health England, says, “Millions of people are putting themselves at a real risk of sugaring ill health or dying younger. Taking a Heart Age Test is something you can easily do at home, but it could be one of the most important things you do to help you live a healthy longer life.”

I totally agree! When I saw my response, I recognised that without my recent changes to exercise and nutrition my result would have been much different…and now I feel satisfied that the age they predict I’ll live, will give me time to see my grandchildren’s children.

Get your test done. It calculates your heart age and heart attack or stroke risks.
