This week was a great week for me. I’ve returned to SHE Caribbean!
STAR Publishing Managing Director and Publisher Mae Wayne welcomed me back as SHE Caribbean’s Editor-in-Chief. SHE Caribbean is the Caribbean’s leading lifestyle and fashion magazine for women.
Mae is responsible for making me love magazines, although Deidre Forbes, then Editor of PRIDE magazine printed my first article and Sherry Dixon always enjoyed encouraging me as a feature writer. These three women made such an impact in my life. I admired their tenacity, their boldness and how they used their charm and interest in women’s achievements to produce magazines that readers couldn’t wait to get their eyes on.
SHE Caribbean magazine is committed to producing a world class glossy magazine which captures the zeitgeist of the Caribbean in 2018, through fashion, beauty, health, culture and the stories of women who make the region great.
