Pre-Natal Fitness

My guest on The Dolor Factor this week is Personal Trainer and Fitness Blogger Carly Rowena. She decided to become a personal trainer after being unsure of what direction she wanted her career to take. It was through her YouTube channel and online community that she realised her passion for fitness. While she never turns down food, she encourages her clients and followers to be independent and find healthy and happy ways to feel incredible in their own skin.

Carly mainly trains women and holds qualifications in pre natal and post natal exercise. As she is currently pregnant, Carly and Delia discuss the misconceptions about training while pregnant and how important it is to listen to your body.

Carly tells me how important she feels it is to be honest with her followers because not everything is as easy as it looks.
