New Year Visits

I visited Baltimore, Maryland for the first time and of course had to visit the harbor. It was an extremely cold day!

Rushing back to The Ivy Hotel we were greeted with warmth and champagne.

I could not pass the offer of English Tea with the sandwiches and scones that were sent to our suite.

My hubby, Olivier and I did not let COVID-19 spoil our time. It was quite comfortable and intimate having dinner in our own space and not with others. Eating at the speed we want and ordering dessert when we felt ready at least an hour after dinner. I had lamb, roast potatoes and veg.

I lounged around in the beauty and warmth of The Ivy. The staff were wonderful!

I drank my hot chocolate in front of the fire. Reminiscent of 2020 and looking forward to 2021 so I can see my children again without having to stay indoors.
