When in Tobago I love going to Leggers Bar for a local breakfast. When I travel, once I see “Caribbean” or “Creole” cuisine listed, I expect bakes, sailfish, green fig, cucumber salad…you get my drift. So on the Leggers plate has it all and more. Sweet plantain, yum, yum.
The addition of avocado and local spices make this saltfish and bake extra special. And the view, well, that speaks for itself too!
