I’m sure you’ve been in this position before…You give instructions about how you’d like something done and the person you’re instructing doesn’t listen because they simply want to do it their way. I’ve been given many reasons why this happens: “My way is quicker,” “I’ve done this before.” “I think it looks better that way,” I can go on and on.

The next time I make a request I’m going to write a list and ask the person to do EXACTLY what’s on the list and cross it off when it’s done! And I’ll send them the link to this post, lol!
