This quote is one many of us have probably experienced at some time. What other words can describe similar feelings? Frustration? Numbness?

I'm not sure what takes longer. Beginning to think about that, "important" thing — or when you've started doing that, "important thing", and then you stop for quite a while before actually doing the hard work. Regardless, it can really be mentally tiring. So why do so many of us procrastinate in this way?

When it's time to make a decision, based on many uncomfortable factors, do you sometimes delay facing how you feel? I wouldn't be surprised if you did. If we went that second longer to explain to ourselves how we feel about the situation, it may make it easier to make up our minds.

It's very disappointing when you trust and it is not reciprocated. However, if we try to learn from the experience in such a way that we don't penalise the people who are trustworthy, we can then cherish those who are on our side.
