My favorite place to eat in Castries, St Lucia is Blue Monkey Cafe. I do want to try something new, but I keep on ordering the same thing…Quinoa Bowl Original with chicken, lettuce, quinoa, black beans, fried plantain, carrots, parsley, curry mayo, and pesto dressing.
I eat half there and half to enjoy wherever I lay my hat that evening!
